More About Leah

Leah co-founded H&L Life Coaching with a commitment to helping people improve their emotional and mental health by building resilience and focusing on the connection between the body, mind, heart & soul.  In her Resistance to Resilience program,  Leah specializes in working with people who are overwhelmed and stressed in their everyday lives, or are facing specific challenges or adversities. She helps people get to the root of why they are feeling what they are feeling, teaches them how to feel better by managing their mind and processing their emotions, and then helps them achieve their goals, while improving their confidence, relationships and overall resilience. Being no stranger to the messiness of life, in addition to her professional expertise, she draws on her own life experiences, including: divorce, remarriage, blending a family, raising kids, a chronic condition, loss of a loved one, difficult relationships, mental health challenges and the ups and downs of juggling it all. Leah is committed and passionate about  helping others overcome their own obstacles.

Leah  is an accomplished blogger and author  and has also been an expert contributor as a Speech Language Pathologist for Today’s Parent Magazine. She shares her experiences and expertise by speaking to women and youth groups about building resilience, growing confidence, and developing healthy relationships. She is also the co-host of the popular Building Resilience podcast.

Leah is passionate about travel and joins The P2P Life with a purpose of bringing people together by creating positive energy through her retreats focusing on all things related to neuroscience, positive psychology, and self -development.
